Self confidence is the belief in oneself & abilities, It describes about internal state made up of what we think & feel about ourselves. Low self confidence can result in shyness, communication difficulties, social anxiety & lack of assertiveness.  St. Vincent Pallotti College regularly conducts Interdisciplinary presentation, under which department of education organized a session in which speaker – senior faculty member of Management Mr. Dhaneshwar Yadav  presented a very effective and interactive session  on self confidence . The Session included suggestions to boost self confidence. The session was very much beneficial for future teachers.
